Feature:
very sturdy, has not marked a single one of my instruments.

Quality:
the foam padding can slide a little bit if you aren't careful, but other than that, it's great.

Value:
cheap, easy to use, holds everything I needed it to.

Desirability:
practical addition

Once you put it together, which is pretty simple, it's the easiest thing in the world to use.

Support:
I've called to inquire about buying a second one, and they were extremely helpful.

I'm permanently happy with it.
