"Very nice design, decent sound, good price."

Feature:
The design is great. The transmitter is wonderful - no body packs, so on stage guitar changes are a breeze. The transmitters are so small they stay in my guitars even when the guitars are in their cases. The receiver is very simple, small, and just works. One AP1 sits in my pedal board, and another is velcro-ed to my stage amp. The transmit range is very good - a strong signal even in the largest venues.

Quality:
So far so good.

Value:
More than I expected to get in this size and price range.

Sound:
The sound is reasonably true. I set up a Y-cable and A-B switch so I could punch back and forth between straight cable and wireless, and there was very little difference. A very slight loss of bass response with the wireless, that's all - hardly noticable and easy to compensate for. I'm wondering if other reviewers of this product actually had the CR77 (rackmount) receiver instead of the AP1 (pedal) receiver. I tried two different CR77s and sent them both back because the sound was awful (see my separate review of that product.) I now have two Samson set-ups, both with AP1 receivers, and I'm pleased with them.

Support:
Same Day Music support was great through multiple exchanges and returns (CR77 for AP1). Samson support was useless.

"...and then there was the sound"

Feature:
Its a good idea it just sounds bad.

Quality:
within a month of owning this, a part went out on the circut board...but they fixed it for free at the factory.

Value:
pretty good for the idea...but not for the product.

Desirability:
It looks nice, looks liek a great idea...but once u hear it the sinful lust shows for what it really is

Sound:
This product kills your tone. When i first bought this i had no ear and i s@@ked. Since i wasnt playing in a band i never really used it. Since then i have been in a band for a long while and ive always used a cord. One day i choose to play wireless, but it s@@ked so bad i could only play one song till i put the cord back in.

Support:
