Seiko STX1 Customer Review
Feature:a finer, more analogue approach would have been nice, but the digital led variation works quite well. being able to tune softly ensures that correct tuning is made, unlike playing into a mic, where false tuning may result due to playing as loud as possible so the mic can pick it up, only to find that the instrument is flat during normal play.
Quality:
Clip is nice and strong, swivel is very functional. Only weakness is the see-saw pad at the end of the clip, while it may make it slightly weaker, and require a bit of care, it also enables the clip to grab in the most unlikely places, great for cliping onto other instruments where there is no flat surface like the guitar head. for instance a violin. Also, most tuners have a problem finding the "B" string on my guitar, they jump around from A - G without correctly finding the note. this one gets it every time.
Value:
exactly what i asked for
Desirability:
who wouldn't want something as sexy as this?
Ease of Use:
usable without the manual, if u understand music and tuning, this should be quite natural. However not having A = 440 as the "middle LED" for selecting pitch, may be slightly confusing in tuning mode. Do you tune to the 440 marking or the green led which just so happens to be 441.

"Cool Gadget"
Sound:A Bit Jumpy, but I guess most tuners are that way. I Love to clip it on my acoustic and keep it in perfect tune always.
