Feature:
You plug it in and it works. It is very configurable but works straight out of the box without doing anything to it except putting in a battery and plugging it in.

Quality:
The transmitter is made of heavy duty metal. The transmitter antennae is flexible. The wire strap mount is very tight and safe. The receiver is made of metal. The receiver antennae are removable but the articulation of the antennae is limited. I have mine mounted on a pedal board but I keep the antennae rotated all the way forward so I don't accidentally break them. The metal box protects them when they are rotated into this position. I have not noticed that it impacts the reception at all.

Value:
This unit is not cheap, but you get what you pay for with wireless. I have learned the hard way that cheap wireless units don't perform.

Desirability:
Yeah I would not trade this thing for a million bucks, Well maybe for a million, but once you have gone wireless, there is no going back to having a cord hooked up.

Sound:
There is no distortion at all with this unit. My guitar sound comes across clear as a bell.

Ease of Use:
Plug it in and you are on your way.

Support:
I can't really say because I have not needed any support.

Overall:
This is a great wireless unit. I highly recommend it to anyone. If you are going to go wireless, this is the unit to go with in my opinion. It uses AA batteries. I use Eveready Lithium batteries which last for many hours in this unit. Even with regular AA batteries you get about 5 hours of use. Compared to my previous unit which went through a 9Volt every 2 hours, this thing is wonderful. I cannot tell the difference in the sound of my guitar through my Marshall JCM900 with this unit or a cord. There is literally no distortion at all. Also, I have never had this unit drop in and out on me while I was playing. It just does not happen. I'm sure I will be happy with this thing for a long time to come.

It works as well as a hard wire. No drop outs. Sounds great !

I will keep this one until it quits working, then I'll probably get another or upgrade.
