Sound:
This microphone definitely picks up everything you do with your voice. It seems to have a lot of treble in it to me but I prefer a very warm sound. I have even added a bit of bass to it to compensate and it helps a bit. I would say if you have an absolutely perfect very sweet sounding voice and not a lot of power to your voice, it may be a good choice you. I am a woman but sing in a very low key, almost a tenor and like to really belt out songs. I find that I get distortion if I get accidently too close to the mic and pulling away loses quality and volume. I am not saying that it is not a good mic because a friend of mine used it that has a very high soprano voice and sounded fine. Anyway I just purchased it and am looking for another one already. I wish I could return it. It is everything it says it is but just not for me. Maybe I will get used to working with it...only had it a week.
Feature:
It came with a plastic black carrying case...love it. It is padded with foam and custom fits each piece. A mic clip came with it but no xlr cord to connect to the amp. That is what was recommmeded to me to use for singing
Quality:
It would be great for on the road since it came with the carrying case. A good feature is the antennaes are located in the front of the unit so you cansit it on a rack shelf during the performance. It would have been nice to have been rack mountable to consolidate all my gear but the carrying case is just so nice.
