"Not terrible, but feel a bit duped by skb."

Feature:
Handle and wheels are really nice, which is why I chose this unit. However, SKB's website gave a specific "rail to rail depth" statistic for this unit - separate from the "rackable depth" statistic, which to me means that there is a rear rail. After receiving mine, I discovered there is no rear rail on this unit, and no way to add one.
Ease of Use:
Not a hard product to use. This score is not a 10 because the rear panel arms are cheap & stiff (see the quality comment below).
Quality:
I knew I was getting a cheap case, so I didn't expect anything super-sturdy. It's plastic. I am not marking the score down for this reason. What I didn't know is that the rear access panel is held on with 100% plastic arms. All the pictures of this case show off the respectable looking metal latches on the front door, but the back panel is extremely disappointing. I don't even want to use the rear panel now, because I know these arms will break.
You can't stand on it (which is reflected in the price), but it should protect your stuff onstage from being kicked or having something dropped on. However, if I were gigging several times every week, I would get something tougher.
Manufacturer Support:
This product doesn't need support. But if I were to call skb about it, it'd only be to complain about their product information which indicates the presense of a rear rail.
Value:
I thought it was a real bargain, until I saw the ultra-cheap rear panel arms and lack of rear rails as implied by skb. I guess now I see it as not such a bargain.
The Wow Factor:
Looks fine when it's just sitting there, being a rack.
Overall:
Already feeling some buyers remorse. This was to be a temp solution anyway, so I guess I'll have to make it as temporary as possible.
