Sound:

I bought two of these kits to make a double bass kit that I'm going to convert to electronic. These probably don't sound great as-is, but with this deal you get WAY more than you pay for! The build on these looks great! The color is great! The Sonor hardware is tight and looks great! The DEEP bass drums are GREAT! The kit looks just looks awesome! I paid $240 each with free shipping by calling up and asking for a package deal. I couldn't be more happy!

Sound:

The sound of these drums are amazing. It really didnt take much tweaking to make them sound well.Even with the stock heads.The bass drum has a very fat sound for being a 20 inch, and you get a better response than with a bigger bass drum. Snare has a warm bright tone, but its a versatile snare. It can be used for any style of music.

Feature:

The best feature for me is the VIRGIN bass drum. You can place your tom in any position.And because they didnt drill more holes in the drum it resonates like a bass drum should .It also has lugs that stay in tune. For you heavy hitters out there(including me), you can stay in tune the whole set.The TAR mounting system is top notch. Really durable and sturdy, and it lets the tom resonate perfectly too. Oh did I mention the awesome finish!?

Ease of Use:

Very easy to get it to function and sound the way you want it to. It comes with every thing you need to set it up like a drum tuner and L-In wrench. It would be nice to have an owners manual though. Just to have it for validation purposes in 30 years haha.

Quality:

The drums are solid as hell. The only thing that im worried about is that it is a limited edition and there are no spare parts that you can buy just in case a train runs them over. Because thats what its going to take to damage these.

Manufacturer Support:

I havent had to contact them yet. But I am going to soon. In the description it says these are made of basswood. However, the description from the actual company has said that they are made of birch. I guess ill see how there support is very soon. It was easy to obtain there number though.

Value:

Are you serious? 299? I couldnt believe it. I know they are made in china, but the quality of the hardware is worth 299 by itself. Not to mention the sizes, and finish.Definitely the best drum value on this site.

The Wow Factor:

I wanted it the 1st moment I seen it. Love at first sight! Virgin bass drum? O man that is sexy!

Overall:

I expect to have this set forever. I actually thought about if and when I have children, I know that this set will still be kickin then to pass down to my kids.haha
