Style of Music: I will play any style and love all music

Experience: played clarinet for 5 years and bass for a slappin' few years or "active musician"

"the jazz bazz has bottom end to spare! the best bang for your buck on proffesinoal quality"

    Sound:
this bass is a value priced version of the world known fender american deluxe jazz bass. even though it is about $1000 cheaper, it feels and sounds amazingly equil. this bass has the range and tone to fit my jazz, blues right up to metal on the highs and lows. it also depends what you are plugged into(obviously) but on a small backstage amp, it can amaze you. when plugged in to a powerful setup it is just that...very powerful. its as good as passive pickups get. This bass is just about your best bang for your buck and overall this instrument delivers a very good quality play.the only tip that i can sujjest to make the product sound good or better is, don't play your strings into the ground (try to be playing new strings as much as you can), and if you can't find the sound you are looking for, read the manual or get someone who knows what their at, to show you how to bring out the control tones.(get someone to show you how to use the instrument properly)
    Feature:
this guitar features a maple neck, openfaced tunning machines, heavy duty adjustable bridge and passive jazz electronics. a solid body and bolt on neck provide extreme sturdiness and durability.some features that i wish it could have are, fretless, a fifth string, string through body design and active electronics system. components suite the bass well because of the placement of the pickups you get maximum vibration point of the string.and everything is quite straight forward.(using the knobs)
    Quality:
the product is very well made and feels like it will never "fall apart" on you.the item was received without a hair on it. the guitar would handle the road no sweat.the only thing that is frustrating is the tunning machines have so much mechanical advantage that every time you put it in a case or lay it down (so the machines come in contact with something)it is pushed out of tune. but an easy solution...an input tunner! the action on this item is amazingly gentle for a bass. very smooth sound. when playing this guitar you just have that feeling of a good brand of instrument, you know the bass was well thought out.
    Manufacturer Support:
not even the littlest of hitches. phonned up, ordered one and got it 12 days latter. a 2 year warranty that has'nt been used yet.
    Value:
GOD YES! this product is really worth $180. in any music shop this bass would be garaunteed to be $399.99 plus tax!well go an play other basses and see if you can find yourself one that you will like as much as this one for this price!
    The Wow Factor:
i think this bass would'nt look better in any other classic way. the classic "jazz bass" body and oversized tunning gear make this bass stand out on the stage. when you play it it hugs your body and never wants to be put down.when using it to figure out a haggard song, it makes it look like you know what you are a doing, and it leads the band on stage whaen it comes to style.
    Overall:
this instrument reaches all of my playing goals but i would have rathered to have gotten it fretless and an active pickup. if it had an active elctronics than the sound possibilities would be multiplied. this is the type of guitar that you just don't sell to get a better one or to make some money, this is the type of quality that you get attached to and admire.
