"Good guitar for the money."

Feature:
Comes out of the box with lousy strings. Replace 'em right away.

Quality:
This model is very well put together. Construction seems to be above average for an instrument in this price range.

Value:
Worth the money. For under a hundred and fifty bucks I didn't expect a lot, but I got a good playable instrument that I won't shed any tears over when it gets scratched.

Sound:
Sounds o.k. unplugged. Sounds better when plugged in to my Kustom KAA 30.

Support:
Have not dealt with them.

Overall:
As long as your expectations are reasonable, you will be satisfied with this product.
