"why should you buy this? I know!"
Feature:the guitar itself is great and the amp is fine. I haven't watched the entire instructional DVD, but it looks really good from what I've watched so far. along with the obvious upgrades you'll make (cord, strings, etc.) you will definitely need to get a new tuner and gig bag. the tuner is a little annoying to deal with and the bag is way too small for the guitar
Quality:
I pretty much bought this package because I wanted a nice guitar and a decent practice amp. the guitar is nearly perfect, there are just some tiny details that passed through quality control
Value:
it was a toss up between this and the Silvertone Rockit 21 pack, but I took this because I really wanted a Les Paul look alike. the other pack was $60 less, and I'm sure it's just as solid a guitar, but I picked this one our of the two out of preference
Desirability:
it's easy to drool over this guitar
Sound:
my ears aren't trained to distinguish bad from good to great, but a friend of mine has the same guitar and it sounds great, so this guitar has the potential for great sound. I'm satisfied with the amp because I'm just practicing
Support:
I just got this and I haven't had to call them yet, so I'll put it right in the middle
Overall:
this is a good guitar pack for beginners and more experienced players. I'm sure that it's going to last for a long time
