I am a singer and I have been playing guitar for about 50 years. I have owned, at one time or another, most all high end model guitars. Martin, Taylor, Larivee, Guild, Gretch, Gibson etc. I recently purchased a good quality Takamine, a Santa Fe model, and I really liked it. It became my favorite guitar. I thought it was by far one of the best guitars I ever owned. I traded it in and it was a mistake. I tried to get it back 5 days later but it was sold. I couldn't find the same model so I purchased a TAN15C. I like it a lot but I was still looking for a different sound. When I started browsing on my computer for the model of Takamine I traded, I found the EF360GF! The Eagles are my all time favorite group and I had to have Glenn Frey's Signature Guitar! I was on many websites comparing prices and availability. When I found the Same Day Music site they had the best price by far and it was in stock. I called immediately and placed my order. They shipped my order on Monday and promised delivery Wednesday.It was here on Tuesday and I couldn't have been happier, I just could not wait to get my hands on it, so I was really pleased! The Glenn Frey Takamine arrived in awesome shape, not a scratch or ding or anything on the guitar or the case. I very surprised how good it played right out of the case. The set up was great and the sound was excellent. I just had to tune it and play. I am totally satisfied with this guitar and it is everything I hoped it would be. It even came with my favorite strings but my personal preference is extra lights so I put a set on and it couldn't be more perfect. Your customer service reps were very friendly, respectful and very helpful. If I need anything else in music equipment, the first place I'll look is Same Day Music. I would recommend Same Day Music to anyone who needs Music Gear. I not only give this guitar 10 stars I would give your company 10 stars too! Thank you for your excellent service!
