"Gets the job done with simple elegance"
Feature:Pretty basic package. What you see is what you get. Spruce top and nato body produce a nice look and decent sound. One disappointment: the end pin jack didn't come with a "strap button"-type collar (there was only a nut), so I had to improvise to attach a strap.
Quality:
This guitar seems very well made for a low-priced instrument. Excellent finish. There was a lot of attention to detail--unusual in a guitar in this price range.
Value:
Excellent value for the money.
Desirability:
I got it for two reasons: (1) beginner guitar for two of my kids who wanted to learn; (2) working acoustic-electric I could take to church gigs, etc. It was just a good practical thing to add at the time.
Sound:
Nice, crisp tone for an inexpensive instrument. Very bright without being too tinny.
Overall:
If I gave this guitar to my college-bound daughter, I'd get another one just like it for the next kid who wanted to learn. If I were to get back into serious performing, I'd probably go for something with a little greater appeal and higher quality.
