In my opinion yes.

Sound:
This product has given my kick a new identity. It's almost not the same drum. The adjustable beater gives a solid sound everytime if adjusted right. Overall great sound.

Support:
Haven't needed to do so.

Overall:
For Life! Just hook up and play factory settings for a good performance. Modify this pedal to personal preference and anticipate and elevated experience like no other pedal.(no disrepect DW)
