"A "Swiss army knife" for bass players."
This reviewer purchased this item from Same Day Music.
Sound:
Good sound, especially for a portable CD player. The stock flanger settings are a little too fast and brittle but the parameters can be adjusted.
Feature:
The addition of a tuner is a great idea. Being able to adjust the balance between CD and bass is cool.
Ease of Use:
Easy to use. Sounds great with my gear.
Quality:
Too bad the case isn't metal, it might be a little heavier but it would travel stronger. A bigger display would be nice for us older guys but it would probably eat up batteries quicker. I use the AC converter, so it would be easier to read with a larger display.
Manufacturer Support:
I haven't had to contact customer support.
Value:
Well worth the price for learning tunes and rehearsing. There's a metronome in it!
The Wow Factor:
This is a great tool for bassists. A "Swiss army knife" kinda tool.
Overall:
This is a far better product than its predecessor the DC-BT1 MkII. The loop, playback and pitch control features are most important to me. Still, with all the other features its a terrific deal.
