"If You Can Make It Work You Might Like It"

Sound:

I have to give it the worst rating because I am unable to hear it.

Feature:

It appears to have a great deal of options and features...especially for the money.

Ease of Use:

I have been unable to install it on three seperate computers running three seperate os's and I am a professional computer tech - Cisco, Microsoft and Comp-Tia certified with my own consulting company since '01...so I am not a computer idiot.

Quality:

It seems to be made well, but the fact that it hasn't worked on multiple computers or os's...well, that kind of lowers the rating.

Manufacturer Support:

I called to find out what was going on - after going through their script - they basically said...hmmmm Well, that doesn't help me at all. When I asked when the 64 bit drivers for Windows 7 were going to be released she said...AND I QUOTE..."Sooner than later." What is that???? I said, days or months??? She said...any day now. How can something be set to release 'any day now' and not have an eta????

Value:

For what you get (assuming you can get it to work) this is BY FAR the best bang for the buck.

The Wow Factor:

Great design - but if it doesn't work that is sort of a deal breaker for me...I am picky like that.
