"Taylor 214 Plays Like A Dream"
Feature:Just the basics... Solid Taylor Tuners. Minimal adornments.
Quality:
Rock Solid. I have the 2003 Model with the scalloped neck. Newer models have the heel neck. For me the older version works best as I can get up into the high frets without the cutaway.
Value:
For the price it can't be beat. Sure you can go after a Martin with a mixture of fiber, wood, plastic. Or you can get an all-wood Taylor
Desirability:
Clean lines, nothing fancy, it doesn't call out to you from the rack. But pick it up and play -- that's what makes you want it.
Sound:
Light top resonates like a dream. Sound better than instruments twice the price. Keep the light srings on as they really make the difference in clean, crisp vibration.
Support:
Excellent. Someone answers the phone and they call you back. What more can you ask!
