"Great product-Zero customer support"

Manufacturer Support:

They issued an upgrade to improve chord recognition. It is to be loaded via midi dump. All users I know of are having extreme difficulty doing the uprade, because apparently modern computers send the information too fast. I have emailed support for more than a week, with zero response. I will dump mine and buy from a company that does have customer support. DonM

Value:

I have downgraded it only because of the customer support, or lack thereof.

The Wow Factor:

I wanted it, bought it enjoyed it, until I needed support. Now I'm angry and will sell it.

Overall:

I am now looking for another product, from a company that will offer customer support.

"Update to previous review."

Manufacturer Support:

My situation was addressed today, nine days after my inquiry, and the company has posted explicit directions on how to update the unit. I was also issued an apology for the delay. Don't know if it's a case of the squeaky wheel getting oiled, but they seem to be trying to improve service.

The Wow Factor:

Good size, easy to use in real time. Practical addition.
