Sound:

It's a true bypass tuner with no affect on my signal path that I can discern so I guess it has no sound which is great!

Feature:

The features are great. It fulfills every possible need I could have for a tuner. The polytune feature is a little iffy sometimes and with some guitars but overall it works. I find myself not taking as much advantage of this stand out feature as the normal single string tuning feature. I will say that the fact that the tuner switches automatically between poly and mono tuning modes is very awesome. The tuner tracks super fast and the strobe setting allows for really accurate tuning. Also the auto brightness feature is great. I will say this though, there is a USB port on pedal beside the power input and I have yet to see any information on what it's for.

Ease of Use:

A 5 year old could use this thing. One breeze through the manual and youll be a pro and at getting the most from this tuner.

Quality:

This product seems pretty tough. I give it a 7 only because of what you could compare it to. It is definitely no Boss tank tough pedal but there's nothing that makes me think anything on it will break.

Manufacturer Support:

I have had no need to deal with anyone at t.c. electronic yet.

Value:

I used the price match guarantee and got the pedal for just under $84 which is a great deal to me for a true bypass quality built tuner with some new technology and features that I'm sure will change the industry.

The Wow Factor:

This pedal has some really cool features that make it very desirable but at the end of the day its a tuner and I feel like theres a ceiling on how "sexy" any tuner can be.

Overall:

So far I really like this tuner. I wouldn't buy it solely for the polytune feature because I usually go back and double check after using it anyway with the single string mode. The tuner seems well built and the little extras on this things put it out in front of others that are in the same price range.
