    "Studio Quality Vocals!"

This reviewer purchased this item from Same Day Music.

    Feature:
Very nice that the power supply is built in, so NO WALL WART! The pre amp that is built in to the unit is very good. I have the M-audio Tampa, and I think this thing may even sound better for vocals! The limiter work wonders and almost eliviates the need for compression going in to the mixer or SAW. The Harmonies are rich and life like if mixed properly. The interface is very nice and user friendly.

    Quality:
Heavy duty old school buttons and nice enclosure. The unit is light weight, but built to last.

    Value:
It's pricey man, but you DO get what you pay for. This is a professional unit, and it will make a difference in your tone.

    Desirability:
It looks sweet man. I have the Digitech VX400 as well and this one looks way more professional.

    Sound:
This is a TOP NOTCH vocal channel. The thing that really impressed me was the great lead sound I get from it; it's super warm and clear.

    Support:
Gave it a ten becasue I did call them with some questions before I ordered the product and they were very helpfull. This unit has the same logic as the Voice Works plus more features; if you are debating between the two get this one.

    Overall:
This will be part of our sound for years to come I think. It's the top of the line harmonizer for now, so I am sure we will get a ton of use out of it. Until Helicon makes something better, this is the one for Live/Home Studio vocals period.

"Plan to spend some time getting to know this unit."

This reviewer purchased this item from Same Day Music.

    Feature:
Features are awesome. Only wish is that there was an easier way to get it to perform.

    Quality:
Very well made - no problems there.

    Value:
Yes - it does what much more expensive system will do - and its portable.

    Desirability:
Gee - that's a tough question - sex appeal for a voice processor. I suppose we all wish we could sing without needing one - so it loses a little for that alone. They guys in my band freaked when I first used it - so its got to lose something there as well.

    Sound:
The Voice Live will do everything as advertised - it may take you a few weeks to figure it all out - but it is impressive.

    Ease of Use:
It takes a great deal of time to learn how to use it. In fact if I have a few days to work with it, then don't play with it for a week - its almsot like have to relearn it - its that complicated. The biggest issue is using the gate adjustment to address the feedback problem.

    Support:
They were helpful answering my stupid questions. I have not had any warranty issues.

    Overall:
I have no need to search for anything else. This one does it all. the only thing I would consider is something that has all the features of the Voice Live - but is easier to program.
