"GREAT VALUE!"
Feature:very basic not a whole heck of a lot of "features"...you plug your mic in, set your gain control....not a lot of complicated wasted junk to confuse you with.
Quality:
Seems to be very rugged and sturdy. I like that it is metal and not a plastic casing. No worries of accidentally cracking the casing or anything...seems very durable.
Value:
Big bang for the buck!
Desirability:
it's just a box.....
Sound:
The sound has to do with not only the box but also the quality of your mic and your sound card. I hooked this littel critter up and it did exactly what I intended for it. The audio quality is really impressive for such a small little box. I was really impressed!
Ease of Use:
no complications to this little box at all. Hooked it up without one glitch to fight with or figure out.
Support:
Dunno, haven't any need for any....actually that's the best kind, isn't it?
Overall:
I am really impressed with this purchase. Solved all my problems at a low price. The quality seems to be good and the sound is excellent and very easy to set up and use! I am very happy with my purchase and would buy it again if need be.

"Great solution for playing and recording guitar on the PC"
Feature:No bells and whistles to speak of really (by design). Simple box for a simple purpose. I like the on/off button on the front of the box...eliminates the need to plug/unplug cables from the sound card and/or mute/unmute the line-in in the sound card settings every time I start or stop a session.
Quality:
Good construction. Seems sturdy. Buttons and knobs have a quality feel to them. Fairly attractive.
Desirability:
sex appeal? it's a metal box with a couple knobs...a pair of boobs would make it sexier I suppose...but then I'd have to listen to the wife yell at me for looking at the AudioBuddy too much...and she talks too much as it is.
Sound:
Excellent sound for this price range (more than good enough for the hobbyists like myself). I run my guitar thru this box, then to a Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS. Running the guitar directly into the sound card yielded decent results but the signal wasn't quite strong enough for things like nice clear harmonics etc...the AudioBuddy makes all the difference in the world, man has my guitar come to life...and I can't detect any noise from the box. With enough fiddling with the Amplitube software that came with my Guitar Tracks Pro and various plug-ins I've collected, I can get results that easily beat the sound I was getting out of my Digitech RP7.
Overall:
Does everything I need it to...I don't plan to replace it as long as it continues to work. It's a great solution for folks who want to use their PCs as effects processors and recorders and need to feed a strong clean guitar signal into the soundcard.
