Feature:
Have yet to find a feature for the least useful category.Probably the feature most useful is the little knob on the back that cuts the power down so you can still crank the master volume all the way up to get the full true sound at a lower volume.A lot different sound than just lowering the volume to keep the neighbors from complaining.Vox could add a tuner but that is not a complaint just the only thing i could think to add to the VT30.

Quality:
Quality seems very solid not a single problem noticed with the exception of 1 screw in the side that "backed" itself out after 5 hours of jamming at full volume and power,but in its defense the entire house was shaking. tightened the screw checked all the others problem solved.took off one point because i did have to get a screwdriver out which interrupted playing fun for a minute.

Value:
I spent a month researching combo amps,music store reveiws, blogs forums,you name it.This amp was IMO the most versatile and reasonably priced amp i found,highly rated,very affordable,a great amp for the price.

Desirability:
I have given away my other two practice amps and don't miss them at all.this amp looks as great as it sounds. I really love the closed back and chrome grill.

Sound:
the different sounds you get out of this amp are all wonderful from a clean classic 60's sound to modern metal and eveything in between,and thats just the preset settings,switch it to manual and it lets you find your own sound endless variety,one amp!

Ease of Use:
Took me a day of playing with this amp to figure out how all the features worked, not because it was confusing but because of the variety of effects and modelings. anything not easily understtod about all the buttons and controls was clearly explained ih the accompanying manual.Do not get one of these without a manual as there are things explained in it that are not obvious by just fiddling with the knobs and buttons to see all this amp can do.

Support:
Not needed so far hope i never will.

Overall:
If this was stolen i would hunt down the theif and get it back!! If that was not possible i would definately buy another one!!And the only thing that would lead me to even look for more would be a loud drummer, which would make me think about the larger versions of the same amp i.e. the VT50 or VT100
