Quality:
The finish is excellent. It looks and feels like a quality guitar. Some people have said they've had issues with tuners and rough frets, but I can honestly say mine is spot on. Didn't even need a setup, it was perfect straight from the factory.

Value:
Very reasonably priced. Why buy a higher priced guitar when the D10S12 is a great sounding guitar and good value for money.

Sound:
Has the usual full sound you would expect from a 12 string without sounding tinny like some cheaper ones.

Ease of Use:
If you haven't played a 12 string before,(I hadn't)It takes a bit of getting used to, but once you do you'll love it.

Support:
Never had any need for support under warranty.

Overall:
I would have to get another D10S12!

good quality parts and construction. made in china though...didnt know that before i got it. Hope it lasts, most stuff made in china ive seen is sub-par quality.

seems like it'll last. solid construction but made in china....yikes!!! hope it lasts.

Value:
good price and good sound for the price.

Desirability:
I already got it.

Sound:
really nice tones and strong too... has that "100" guitars sound i was looking for.

Support:
havent needed to contact them.

Overall:
i'll stick with this one and need to look elsewhere only if I cant do something about the stiff, high action. getting a truck driver grip from it.
