"Pretty looking and a great value."
Feature:The end pin button tends to fall out;be careful when using a strap for support!I Shimmed the strap with a piece of paper to tighten it. Tuners hold their settings quite well. There was a major bridge pin problem. The pins weren't properly sized for the holes and were forced into place at the factory, causing two pins to break.I requested a free set from Washburn customer service and I resized these new pins for a perfect fit with an Xacto knife and sandpaper.Lacks a strap button on the neck heel, but you can have one installed by your local guitar tech.Came with extra bridge saddle and a saddle shim which is a nice, thoughtful touch.
Quality:
Extremely neat, clean, well done craftmanship everywhere. No glue drips inside.Perfect inlay and binding work.Excellent finish with just a tad too much clear spray buid up near neck heel/body joint, but not noticeable unless you look for it and not really a problem.
Value:
One of the best guitars I have seen for the money.Overall quality of assembly equal to more costly guitars, for sure.
Desirability:
Washburn makes very pretty guitars and this is exceptionally good looking (remarkably so for the price)and gives an impression of being a "classy" guitar.Body binding is muti-ply and thick, neck binding very nicely done.Wooden back center inlay strip is very attractive as is the inlaid wooden marquetry sound hole rosette.
Sound:
A bit weak in the bass department,so,if you are a Martin D28 fan,you won't be satisfied with the low end response on this ax.Nice tonal balance, though, and a good amount of sweetness in the sound with a decent amount of overtones.Volume good, but again,no Martin. When plugged in,the bass E string tends to be too loud,so pick it with less fervor than the other strings.
Ease of Use:
Action a bit high, can be adjusted,of course.Neck quite thick for a modern guitar, but neck width is average.Smallish frets may wear sooner because of having less height that other guitar frets.
Support:
Instant response on sending new bridge pins.Washburn customer service seems to care about customer satisfaction.
Overall:
Very good value.Looks great, sounds good, probably will last for many years with proper care.I wish it had deeper bass response, but I'd not hesitate to buy it again.

"Great guitar for the serious guitar player."
Feature:The dual inputs are a plus. Do not need a Gbox. The EQ is full-featured.
Quality:
Did not find any flaws. Washburn did a great job on this one. The solid sprucetop means this guitar will only get better and better over the years.
Value:
Can't beat this at any price.
Desirability:
Beautiful in black with the cutaway and gold detail.
Sound:
I have been playing guitar for over 30 years and have owned dozens of guitars from cheap to top of the line. This ranks with the best of them bar none. An excellent product. Every guitarist should have one. The tone is just dead on, not bright not dull. As an electric, you can tailor it to your whim. I have the black one and will not part with this one. It's definitely a keeper!
Support:
Did not need it.
Overall:
Not planning on selling this one ever...

"You have got to have one!"
Feature:The spruce top and the overall looks of this guitar appears as though it cost more than double of what I paid. Everything is just perfect and without blemish.
Quality:
I am so overwhelmed with the total quality of this product. I have worked in ISO9000 environments and the quality level is a 13 out of a possible 10.
Value:
I have spent money on a lot things that cannot compare to the value that I have received in this guitar. A person is foolish if they do not buy this product vs. others.
Desirability:
My wife bought this for me for father's day and this is the best present she has every got me - except for her!
Sound:
I am not an expert and I am learning but have been around guitars for years and the smoothness of the guitar is awesome and clear.
Support:
I am not sure about this as I have not used the service but the ordering process was quick and easy.

"Buy this guitar...now"
Quality:I was amazed at how beautiful it was when I first unwrapped it. Came with a quality Equis setup. Looks and feels durable.
Value:
Rated best guitar for under $500....very true. I've tried guitars that were upwards of $600 dollars and I would pick this guitar over some of them.
Desirability:
Sexy guitar for a sexy price.
Sound:
When I took my guitar out of it's box and played it for the first time, I was blown away by the sound. Solid top means it will only get better, too. Nice, crisp and resonant.
