Every amp and effect you can think of...

Quality:
No bugs as of yet

Value:
Not sure what the others cost but seems fair to me

Sound:
Sounds awesome, tons of great tones

Ease of Use:
Takes me no time to get the tones I'm looking for.

Support:
Haven't needed to call them for this product but have called Waves for other things before and they're always very friendly and helpful. They a lose a point for the accents though. Give me an American to speak with!

Overall:
I'm satisfied... this should cover me for a while.
