Sound:

From the moment I heard of Same Day Music (on Amazon.com while I was shopping for a synth stand) ... it was easy and fast to make a purchase. I called and the guy who took my call told me what stand/chair would fit my nephew's synthesizer. He even gave me the part number so I could order on line (and have it shipped directly to my nephew). Five minutes later, the purchase was done and my nephew is very happy. The experience was one of customer service (rare these days actually), so I appreciate SDM very much.

It's a stand and chair ... not an instrument.

Quality:

I haven't seen it ... I shipped it to Idaho (I live in Oregon)

Manufacturer Support:

Best customer service I've had for a long time. The guy was friendly and informative, and I didn't feel stupid for not knowing what was the best for my nephew's stand. It was very satisfying to be helped!

Value:

I'm satisfied with the price. I'm not knowledgeable if it is a 'deal' or not, but it's great by me.
