"Awesome Bass"
Feature:
This is, obviously, Warwick's "cheap" line of basses, but that's like saying you bought a regular base $53,000 Corvette instead of the $86,000 model. It's still a Corvette!
Bolt-on neck, Rosewood fingerboard, the whole "basic" bit. The main glory of this bass lies in the pickups -- the same exact pickups that are in the $3500 model! How can you go wrong?
Quality:
Excellent. Very, very durable and everything is tip-top on this particular instrument. Worth every penny.
Value:
Overall, a steal for the price!
Desirability:
If this bass were a woman, I'd do anything and everything to it.
I play basically every type of metal there is (from Speed to Power), and this has got to be the new king of metal as far as basses go. Makes the B. C. Rich Warlocks look like a pop bass...
Sound:
Very excellent range of sounds and tones in this one. Can do basically anything from the darkest, blackest metal to the poppiest funk (though with a bass as metal as this, I'm not sure why you'd be PLAYING funk with it...)
Ease of Use:
Some minor adjustments are needed, obviously, as with any bass, but it's nothing too major or anything to deflect from wanting to play it. Adjust the action to your specs, tighten up the input jack if needed, and you're ready to go. Standard stuff.
Support:
Haven't had to deal with them. Hope the bass is good enough to where I'll never have to!
Overall:
When I'm not playing (or showing off) this bass, it's in its $300 Warwick case. I plan on keeping this fine piece of artwork in mint condition for the remainder of my natural life. I will never part ways...
