    Feature:
    The only reason I rate the features an '8' is because it's not too great to use on carpet. It still works fine, and I'm sure if I just put something under it there would be no problem at all.

    Quality:
    It's a solid little bugger. I'm really not afraid of doing any harm to it. It's all metal and rubber.

    Ease of Use:
    Super-easy. Unwrap, plug in, play. Instructions didn't even come with it, because it's that simple.
