Feature:
It doesnt have many features its just your basic guitar but he more you play the better you like the basic look unless your a poser. Its more about the sound anyway

Quality:
High quality guitar mine has been banged up against everything in my house and it still plays and sounds great

Value:
Amazing value worthevery penny you actually get more than you pay for the strings and stuff that cames with it arent that great but the guitar sound very good

Sound:
Good sounding guitar ive had it about 2 years has very good action and very easy to play. I play classic rock just about anything acoustic and blues. The guitar us great for beginners but for more advanced players I play blues type solo riffs and it plays like a dream and is a lot cheaper than my taylor grand auditorium but has just as good of a sound.

Support:
I guess the support was alright but i didnt get free strings or anything so not like a local music store but much better deal and they got it here on time
