"A nice mixer for a solo or duet with good sound and lots of features."

Feature:
The two mic compressors are a nice addition and they work well enough to be useful.

Quality:
I carry it around in a padded gig bag. Nothing has broken or fallen off yet!

Value:
There are cheaper small boards, but this one has a lot of features and looks good too.

Desirability:
It is just a mixer. It does look good. It makes life much easier for me on stage. I can send a BIG signal to the PA and the sound man can't screw up my mix.

Sound:
I was looking for a decent mixer for on-stage use to mix a couple of guitars and two microphones before sending the signal to the PA. The compressors for the mics were a high point as was the three-band EQ on the four main channels. Sound quality is good. Channel gain seems a bit lower than with other mixers, but is acceptable. Signal-to-noise ratio is good enough to provide lots of head room. It's compact and even has a mic stand adaptor available. Wish it had XLR outputs. Otherwise, no complaints. It's inexpensive and does sthe job.

Ease of Use:
It's just a simple mixer. How hard can it be? The sound quality is transparent - phantom power is a plus and the board sounds good with condenser mics. The compressors work well with dynamics (I use SM-58 mics) if you are reasonable with the settings.

Support:
Haven't needed any.

Overall:
As a stage mixer for a single player, I don't see any reason to change. Of course, if a model came out with better and more adjustable effects, that might make a difference.
