Style of Music: All, piano, rock, I like the hip hop music

    Experience: Beginner

    Location: Fort Mcmurray, Alberta, Canada

"If you cannot play the piano/drums or write songs, the MM6 just Might do it for you...Maybe. Say that 6 times fast."

    Feature:
I have not been able to use the keyboard with cubase. Since this key board has no looping function I think abeltons live would of been a better program to include with it. There should be a way to record your own patterns like the older psr keyboards(called styles). It really only has 56 patterns, with drums and bass added. When you get a neat sounding thing happening you can only record the main voice. Finger on record is always on, it starts playing chords and horrible accompaniant. The arpeggios, while neat at first, get tiring after a while, and of course they are presets, with no way to add your own.

    Quality:
This thing looks cheaper than my casio lk90. Great, nobody will want to steal it since it looks so cheap. I am in a dorm type environment (work camp) and I am really glad that nobody wants to steal it. The keyboard is covered with hundreds of imperfections under the shinny metal coating. It is kind of like painting a car without sanding out the bumps to make it smooth and perfect. Very shoddy, as the english would say.

    Value:
I do not think so. I am constantly witnessing new products that go backwards in this computer age.

    Desirability:
The overall dimensions of this little thing is what sold me. It is kind of like a pretty petite woman with a bad case of the zits. Great body ,but oh that face.

    Sound:
As long as you do not engage the auto accompainment it will not, sound like a cheaper psr keyboard.

    Ease of Use:
I really miss my rolands touch screen. It took me a week or more just to get used to it(the MM6). It does not have the xg sounds which although dated should be included in a psr production keyboard. If this was supposed to a new and improved djx , I do not get it.

    Support:
Just as bad as anybody else out there. They are all underpaid anyways. Never contacted them , except to get a usb driver. My computer and cubase still do not recognize the keyboard. This version of cubase that they give you with the keyboard should automatically recognize the MM6, otherwise why include it(cubase). I never could stand cubase anyways. I have always loved the original cakewalk.

    Overall:
Always , since I am never going to figure out how to play the piano/ drums/and songwritting.
