Sound:

Great quality sound. Crisp, clear highs and tight punchy, not muddy lows. I was actually surprised at how much bass this could push.

Feature:

I got the mic stand adaptor to place the mixer at arms length for gigs. Worked perfectly. I also got the roller bags, no more back strain going to and from gigs.

Ease of Use:

This is completely portable and easy to operate. We had a group of other musicians in the room when we performed with this. They noted the purity of the sound in the back of the room filled with over 200 guests. We were in and set up in under 20 minutes w/2 guitars, 2 keyborads, 2 vocal mics, bass and drum machine. Never easier.

Manufacturer Support:

Only while researching the features of the product. I had technical questions about monitors (get the MSR 100s). You can chain them together and even add a powered sub via the monitor channel. Very flexible.

Value:

The best money I've spent on gear in 10 years.

The Wow Factor:

Like I mentioned, other musicians were complimentary about our sound quality. Two even said they want the system.

Overall:

Perfectly transportable, Yamaha quality sound/durability and reasonably priced...what more could you want?

Sound:

Own and use the StagePAS 300 - and have gotten many fellow musicians to purchase both the StagePAS 300 and now the StagePAS 500 system. Some were concerned about the small speaker size and power of the 300, but now, thanks to Yamaha, that is no longer an issue. These two systems are the "holy grail" of sounds systems for the small working group. Also excellent for the working pianist/keyboardist - great stereo sound, extremely transportable. Heck, they even LOOK great!

Quality:

Solid, lightweight, wonderful design with the powered mixer built in (or removeable!). Yamaha figured out what everyone else was missing!
