"Amazing small device with extraordinary sound."

Sound:
I recorded playing my Andres Dominquez flamenco guitar and it sounds as good as any recording system with high priced mics I have ever used. The simplicity and convenience is most impressive. Spend time playing instead of learning how to operate it. Sound is much better than I ever dreamed and I haven't even tried my professional high grade balanced line Heil mics yet. Highly recommend!

Overall:
Should meet all my needs forever.

Feature:
I like the microphone handle extension that hooks on to the bottom of the H2. It makes it easy to fit into existing microphone stands.

Quality:
is a lighter weight plastic which feels not as sturdy as heavier weight alternatives. It would be nicer to see it built out of more sturdy material. It doesn't feel flimsy it is just light weight and so the feeling is that it might not be as sturdy.

Value:
excellent price for the studio sound quality you get from it.

Desirability:
mostly because it is very easy to learn how to use because of simple elegant location of controls

Sound:
sound quality is simply amazing. No unwanted hum background noise, user selectable mic gain sensitivity is great. I am running ubuntu studio distribution of linux and wasn't sure if the usb audio interface would work with it. It works flawlessly! They don't say on their website that it works with linux, but it does.

Ease of Use:
very easy and simple to use. I am loving the surround sound capabilities of it!

Support:
rated them 9 so far because I will give the benefit of the doubt. I haven't had to call them because it works great. The best support in my mind is if the customer never needs to call the company because the quality of the product is so good. But I did read their warranty card which says that warranty is only valid unless you register either through mail or online within 10 days of purchase. I thought that was kind of chumpy so I give them a 9 for now.

Overall:
this one's a real keeper. It is usually hard to impress me with products that I buy, but this one impressed me right away. I'm hanging on to this one
