Shipment and Delivery

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday except holidays. Shipments may originate from either our New Jersey or Nevada warehouses. Estimated ground shipping delivery time is 3-5 days for most areas. For a guaranteed delivery timeframe, select 1- or 2-day air shipping.

APO and FPO orders ship via U.S. Postal Service at the ground shipping rate. Tracking and 1- or 2-day air shipping methods are not available for these orders. Some oversized packages cannot be shipped to APO and FPO addresses.

Orders ship only to physical addresses in the 50 United States and many of its territories, Puerto Rico and Canada. Orders placed with P.O. Box addresses or addresses in foreign countries or U.S. territories will not be shipped until the shipping address is valid. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must ship via 1- or 2-Day air methods.

Once an order has been shipped, its destination cannot be modified. If the order is returned because it could not be received at the shipping address given, we can accept the return but we cannot refund the shipping charges.

Although items shipped to Canada receive their full factory warranty, they must be returned to a United States service center for repairs. Same Day Music is not responsible for any shipping or customs fees incurred in such a case.
